I love the look of the orcs, and those spider shots rock. The skin is a bit plasticy on the barbarians/half giants though.

I think the graphics are coming along very nicely and certainly look much better than a year ago, but what's with the arms on the models? Each character has their arms kind of pushed away from their side and it makes them look like mannequins - it just looks very unnatural to me. Other than that I think it looks great. I just hope the gameplay will be good.

Hmm they look good for the most part. Several of the areas suffer from "Right Angle Syndrome" and "Small Details in Large Area" so they look more boring than they should be. Found 2 mis-aligned textures as well.

Yeah these shots are looking awesome. Now I just want a gameplay vid so I can see it running at a decent FPS. I think back in the day I would have upgraded my comp to play VG but now after all of the drama Im not going to invest that kinda money until Im sure it doesnt suck. So hopefully it can run on the lower end.

Great looking screen shots. If Vanguard has some problems right now it’s not in the graphics dept.

Spiders QQ. If there's one thing I hate more than laser swords, its spiders. Spiders are heralds of woe and bringers of sorrow. Every MMO has them, every MMO they're annoying and gay. Anyone who's ever done orginal LBRS knows the pain spiders cause. And to think there's an entire wing of spiders in naxx. I'm seriously going to cry.

the models need a better standing form. they kinda look as though they are preparing to be frisked.

I'm sorry but those screenshots by dub of the various races looks like crap; tho the 2 bldg shots above look pretty good.

Oh man I feel you on that. MMORPG spiders reside in my nightmares. The LDC's in SolB, the spider gauntlet from FV -> LOiO, the damn spider zerg in plane of air, El Farid (spider dungeon in Neocron) oh god e-arachniphobia.

Please, soloing LDCs and crystal spiders was premium XP back during kunark and velious. Love easy to kill blue con spiders ;p
