Love the little dig at the beginning of the vid.

Between this and various other previews, it looks like E3 information is beginning to trickle out already.

But, I am actually disappointed that the models in the animation are so damn plastic. Granted I realize it is not "in-game" renders or what have you, but if you are gonna make a dig at Blizzard through most of your trailer, at least have the animating chops to make it sting.

Haha, the entire start was absolutely hilarious. That dig was just so very perfect.

Not much else to say though, aside from saying that it's a superior starting cinematic than WoW's at any rate. Needs more ork

That was a pretty sweet intro. Did that evil elf woman remind anyone else of Evil Lynn, though? I kept waiting for skeletor to show up.

The catapult and the ork and dwarf fighting were pretty sweet, but when it got to the girl and guy fighting I cringed. Random scantily clad girl fighting random wizardy guy, oh look she licked blood from her lips, yawn. Can't say it made me want to play the game, but I've also never really been interested in Warhammer at all.

I agree the last part was the weakest part. While the fighting was more elaborate in terms of moves and whatnot, it didnt have the same brutality that the orc/dorf fight had. Plus a wizard beating a fighter with melee will never happen in the game ;(

Yea, in the lore/tabletop games spellcasting was just stacked ontop of normal combat stats for the most part. Usualy with less armor (unless you were skaven or chaos). I can't see them doing that in an mmo though. the tank mage would be the flavor of the year.

If they're really true to the WH universe most of the scantily clad women will have more chitin and scale than skin and several extra eyes/mouths/other unholy protuberances that will send the manginas screaming.

If anything, WoW would take from Warhammer. Not the other way around.
*In game shots look great. I love how large and open the world seems around the player*
