I really doubt that they are going to raise the level cap again so soon. I would bet money that they bumped the level cap in KOS to keep on par with Burning Crusade's level cap of 70. (When ever the hell that gets released) I would imagine that you will see more AA trees come out of the next EQ2 expansion but I seriously doubt that they are planning to raise the level cap again so soon.

I'd be shocked if they didn't - keep in mind unlike DoF -> KoS which was a rather short timeframe KoS -> Xpac #3 will be quite a bit longer.

That said, I'd hope this expansion is more of a all levels sort, not just high-end like the previous given the extra time.

Seems like they're looking to take on burning crusade. The time frame is similar, and from it looks like, this will be a more fully fleshed out expansion and probably the same size as BC (or even bigger, given the rate of content development).

And I doubt it refers to Veeshan, but rather Nag and Vox's kid, as that's the game the direction has been going. Chromatic dragon + evil gods = oh shi-

Found this on some site. Not sure what's up with Everquest nowadays, I haven't played since Omens of War had just come out, but someone said these are from the tower in Oasis. They mentioned its connected to plane of hate? (they make an official portal to it now or something?)

Notice the symbols...

Same configuration of symbols was on the floor in 3rd Gate. 1FotL invented some interesting lore to link them, but as far as I know it was just more background that was never fleshed out.

Yeah, that's the spectre tower in Oasis. It doesn't actually connect to the Plane of Hate, but it has something to do with Hate according to lore..

Actually, it does connect to PoHate...after a fashion. (Look at the last steps of the quest).

Spectre tower in oasis was thought to be where the entrance to Hate was going to be before they implemented it as a port

You can now enter hate by giving the stone to an NPC in PoTranquility. Still need to teleport to Sky though.

EQ2 expansion may 15. Followed by another expansion june 2. Followed by 2 mini expansions that are only 3 dollars each.

It is really hard to look foward to EQ and EQ2 expansions anymore....I think I was most excited with the release of kunark and planes of power. Now they churn out expansions just to do it and make that extra cash. If for once they didn't charge you for adding some decent content I would be happy.
