I wouldn't be surprised at a suicide zerg against BoB's capital shipyards (wherever they are).

Killing BoB's Titan-in-progress would be a significant blow.

BoB does have a number of enemies but we'll have to wait and see if this will be any actual fighting, just random skirmishes by bored PvPers, massive server crashing blobs or saber rattling...

If it is actual fighting there is a chance it could blow up pretty big (could be a major blow to their economies too if the fighting is intense and pirates see an oppertunity to hit the industrial sectors

Unless you're approaching a large celestial object it's negligible. It may slowly divert your course at 1/1000th of a degree as you fly around in real space, but if you're speeding up to 4km/s it's not goign to slow you down to 600m/s at any rate that's noticeable (years not seconds). Yes theres no such thing as gravity free vaccuum, but in the big scheme of things it's minimal compared to thrust.

i doubt there will be any huge wars in the south, just jockeying for position, maybe one or two large sieges but the nodes will crash and that will be the end of that.

Agreed, BoB doesn't really do anything, I've seen a small gang come through space near omist maybe twice in the past month. They'll just keep pretending to be a bunch of badasses without actaully doing anything.

I hope BoB gets their asses kicked. They may indeed be the server PvP badasses, but they're arrogent as hell and I hope someone knocks them down a few pegs.

I would laugh so hard if goons and other alliances that got spanked by bob join the fight. I really expect a bloody nose for bob in this case. This is not the goons this time it is ASCN = angry miners with big guns that are able to use them properly.

Doesn't help either when you lose face thanks to CCP's announcement.

I mean, no more hushed whispers and secret glances from BoB hinting that they have 1-2 Titans ready in hiding to kill us all!
