Egh, that's the completely opposite of what I saw in WoW. It was never the most deserving, it was the GM's and their butt buddies that reaped in the most rewards.

The success of my guild was based on getting people what they needed so we could accomplish our tasks, I hope the GM butt buddies were carrying the guild if that was the case in your situation :P

This concept is exactly why BoB does so well, because two of their corps are enforced communist(with EVOL actually having found a method of making theft have consequences). Everyone more or less toes the line and works in the same general direction, and they do very well.

What's EVOL's policy on corp theft? I've heard about it before but no details are available.

Because being fat & greedy works well enough for such corps to hold on to their space at the moment. It's "I'm number one, so why try harder?" syndrome.
