I'm skeptical about Detorid to, at least for 2006, I don't see it falling this year, though LV will be in a difficult position surrounded with enemies, worst case being surrounded by BoB, AAA in the south, IAC in the west, TCF Goon RA in the North with Imperium, TNT, Foundation, Rampage as backup, not exactly the most friendly neighbors. Maybe some of those assault will fail, even though all these fights look bad for LV allies atm.

Dare I speculate that if -V- falls they might decide to...

a.) Regroup in LV space and help LV defend against RedSwarm and co
b.) Fallback to Empire and take a long long break from this 2.5 year old war
c.) Join with ASCN in their fight with BoB with promises of Period Basis as their new home system if they win? (I mean, everyone knows ASCN needs competent FC's and who better than battlehardened vets like -V-?)

I think its most likely gonna be A but on Vs own terms. Falling back to empire to regroup would kill the alliance.. falling back into heavily defended LV space is much better.

Most of it depends on how well this loose coalition of people stay together against a long drawn out war with LV. Because the last 4 months have been fast but the war against LV hasnt really started. Redswarm has ripped apart the weak alliance members and V who isnt weak but isnt dead either. Keeping a coalition with almost no reason to fight with each other together is really hard when you arent winning. I dont think the momentum will keep up when they hit the wall.

Once this bob / ascn bullshit ends its gonna be interesting too. If bob wins they wont want the goons advancing towards their borders either... BoBs ability to hold the ASCN territory is gona be extremely questionable too.

If a.) was the option I see V taking up residence with CHIMP - i mean CHIMP has been stated to be all but absorbed/or small now to be an effective fighting force - when people mention the coalition it's usually LV/V not LV/V/CHIMP.

Strategically that makes sense as right now, V is basically cut off from "safe" Empire routes for supplies as as well support from LV.

As for ASCN/BoB, it looks as if they've lost that outpost in Fountain. I don't see any ASCN sov there so I wonder how things are going there.

Anyone have any updates on the AXE/AAA war? Last I heard AXE was taking a beating.

Everyone's taking a break after the big fight where AXE lost a lot of dreads. I know AXE has had some internal drama made public on IRC but not much beyond that.

So I guess BoB's trick to tie AXE up with AAA has worked - although BoB being able to take advantage of that is up for dispute.

I always thought AAA was totally anti-bob. Lately Ive been hearing grumblings that AAA is more like FIX. What gives?

ASCN Vs BOB goes like this

weekday bob lose's controll of what they worked for on the weekend,

weekend comes they get back what they lose, weekdays come we get it back,

AAA/Digitafury/Bob are raoming ascn space with no luck, AAA,bob ran into each other in y-y only to not shoot at each other but die to ASCN digitafury ran into bob and poped them let AAA go.

Ascn spends billions a week on the war, but gets about 4times what they spend a day so the isk aint a problem for ascn,

aslo i wont be posting anymore since zr0ekool who everyone talks to in foh will be since i cant type very well and he doesnt want these boards to go down like eve ones

each large tower ascn puts up is 1bil

these become deathstars

and atm

ascn has lost 50billion
bob has lost 34 billion

those number are off but thats the best i can count it due to killboards not being 100%.

No, his point is that BoB hasn't successfully damaged the industrial base in Feythabolis, so the alliance as a whole is still net positive when it comes to money.

I'd be curious if you'd care to comment about the ANZACs breaking off and forming their own little BoB vassal corp in Paragon Soul.

When TS war happened they left Ts asap and joined ascn onces TS died, ascn gave them PS since ascn had no other corps to give it to, when bob attacked they lost all there goods.

It was locked up in the station but istead of asking ascn for help they made a deal with bob, and in turn bob said you can have PS.

Which makes no sense since this war is about Dice wanting a 10/10 plex in PS

In way bigger news ASCN Has put Fix back to +2.5

and as for xelas mercs keeping taking the station i heard they got camped for 10hrs last night =./ till the mercs went to bed and the US tz took the station over, Thats a good Ping pong match to Watch
