Tie the debuff to a person (not hard, since they do it for aggro purposes anyways), and it acts like a raid-wide windfury, such as the person judgement totem idea is. It could even be described with lore--such as the shaman learns to call forth the ancient spirits within the totem to afflict the target. I like the idea. | |
