+39 Internets | Alright, now that I've had a chance to give PvP with my newly specced Disc/Holy priest... Does anyone else feel... weaker? Especially against melee classes? I know it's strange, with Imp PW:S and Imp Holy Fire, but I really felt like they were carving through me much more easily. I dueled 3 different rogues (1 stunlock, 2 combat), 2 warriors and a feral druid, and each put a big hurting on me right from the start. Maybe it's not that I feel weaker, but rather I had such high-hopes for damage reduction against melee that I've been let down because it doesn't seem as big as I thought it would... who knows. Also, Power Infusion is really underwhelming.

+39 Internets | Didn't have Shadow Form before. I was Holy/Disc before the patch and used to rip people new assholes. Something just feels... off... with the new Holy/Disc. I'm sure I'll figure it out sooner or later...

No, I'm pretty sure the powers that be think you're a fucking retard so they reset your count / date to emphasize that point.

| Is that supposed to hurt my feelings? Any of you may not agree with my viewpoints, but I couldn't give a shit. Like it or don't like it. It's not a popularity contest, it's an exchange of ideas. You guys can teabag the conventional wisdom and think it gets you "cool points" with whomever you're trying to impress.. I just say my opinion, and fuck you if you don't like it, put me on ignore or ban me if you have the power. |

| The problem, and the thing that gets everyone annoyed, is when you talk from a position of authority when you lack understanding on the subject. See the recent hunter thread for probably the most stark evidence of that.

| +10% healing +10% mana being one or the other is a big shift. No more focused casting is another. Against all the classes you're talking about, the faster gheals aren't all that amazing. Gaining back a little health after a crit as a HoT? Pff. Inner fire being a buff that is nullified ANYWAY by armor debuffs, let alone going away after 20 hits (which is what, a few seconds as a rogue?)? Nice! The buffs are really for incidental damage. They don't stop assist trains, they don't do much against the bajillion crowd control methods and interrupts. I was doing fine in group PVP as shadow with the new VE. That's a fuckton of regen to your group, and that's all you get directly from me (except for dispells and shields, natch). But I'm sure you can keep track of how I silenced the double trinketed mage! As shadow, I like grouping with another healer, preferably Paladin/Druid over 2nd priest, because they see that I'm not "the healer" and don't assist rape me as fast as a healing priest gets raped. |

This is different than the "you can't solo a level 1 without getting hit as a hunter" discussion, I assume? http://youtube.com/watch?v=kZ9OTPii4x8 ? Some other time you were painfully, obviously wrong, disproven and yet you kept right on up? Mmm.

| No frott, after watching the movie and realizing that there are low-level mobs that move at 30% speed, I said I geuss it could be done. I guess you didn't actually read the thread though.. I did however say it was stupid, and pointless. Which it is. |

| Cad, you take rock solid positions that you can only be budged from after being beaten down by solid evidence. You need to be less 100% invested in every single position you ever take ever. |
