That's not very nice. Didn't your momma teach you any manners? I don't know if i think hiring a Baseball player to promote your games is a great idea, however. You could probably influence some newb kids to play the game I guess, but it won't have any sway on the top end gamer like Tigole and Furor did when they went to Blizzard. I call it the "Prophet" effect, each hardcore gamer can easily recruit a friend, 2 or 3. Target the top of the chain and get a nice trickle down effect. It's like Dominos arranged in a huge triangle.

| How pathetic some of you are. What is wrong with someone endorsing a game, product or otherwise that they actually play or use? If Kurt Schilling had never played Everquest then I might sympathize with your criticism but the fact is he has and apparently still does. |

| I know he was playing EQ2 on Unrest server and I think he was a defiler. Raided quite a bit from what i hear when not playing baseball. The guild he was in was Drow. I forget what name he was playing under. He would post on the boards as Gehrig tho that wasnt his Character name.

This is not only a good idea for Sony but a better idea for the gaming community aswell. It increases our community and makes us stronger as a whole. Not only that but it makes me able to say "50 FUCKING DKP MINUS!!" in RL without being ashamed of how much of a nerd I am. | |
