Huhuran is tough, and you are required to get a bunch of people with high gear to kill her, but you don't need world dragons to kill her. They do help though.

BTW: Calling this a cockblock makes EQ veterans cry.

You don't know cockblock until you've kept a guild out of VT for like 4 months. In retrospect it was probably doing them a favour.

How about WOW steals that idea of Vanguard ( at least where i heard it first). Some 1 group quest to spawn raid content on demand. As extra for the guilds who dare to recruit people with jobs and other lowlife

You don't need your entire raid decked out in NR. You only new the right classes with it.

I remember farming 120NR for everyone in our guild before the gates opened because that's what our intel got. The whole "hits closest 15" was pleasently surprising, yet infururaiting.

Since you're asking this question, I take it you never played an EQ rogue?

Ya, sure was fun using some shitty summoned shurikens to kill Ventari, since we couldnt melee ;/

You hit Ventari for 10 points of damage!
You hit Ventari for 3 points of damage!

The best bug EVER was when you could put a tranquil shuriken from POH in your ranged slot, but throwing it ate crappy shuriken ammo and left your 100dmg shuriken intact, thus making you have unlimited tranquils ;p

That ammo slot bug was great.

You don't need to kill a single outdoor spawn to kill the Princess. As someone already stated, a guild who has never killed an outdoor dragon killed her. How is this a cockblock? Sounds like a whine thread to me. Try to justify it all you like, but the fact ramains: This is no cockblock.

This is more of an optional timesink than a cockblock.
