+29 Internets | WoW servers After some time off, I figured I'd give WoW another try - a friend wanted to play it casually, so why not ![]() Our issue, however, is that we really have no idea what server would be a good choice. Obviously sitting in a queue all night isn't particulary fun, but likewise it'd be nice to have BGs running when we do hit 60. (imo the latter is more important) I'm still somewhat undecided if playing on a PvP server would be such a good idea. I played on one last time and getting ganked by bored level 60s wasn't all that great. So I'm leaning towards PvE - all the action happens in BGs anyway, though maybe they are less active on PvE servers? Would appreciate some suggestions ![]() ohh: are there still a gazillion rogues running around? I wanted to play a rogue again, but if that's the case I might just pick hunters - from what I heard they're doing well in PvP too. |

No, really -- it's one of the servers where Horde outnumbers Alliance. Alliance have no queues and we have huge ones.

+8 Internets | Go medium or high pop PVP. Ganking isnt bad at all really due to BGs and the fact that you wont be leveling with everyone else on a new server. Also on a higher pop server there will be more Vent/TS PVP teams and competent raid guilds to join. |

| You're going to have to stay away from most servers aside from PvE ones if you're set on horde, nearly all PvP servers are horde-heavy these days (at least in BG population, if not in overall population) so playing as horde you will have lengthy BG queues on most servers I've tried. I won't get into why people would think this way, but rest assured if you want fast BG's on PvP servers you more or less have to go alliance. |

| Ut is Horde I think, Im pretty sure Im the only Alliance on MalGanis here. The alliance population seems to be picking up these days a little bit, but I really have no idea the state of the 60 game outside of raiding as I'm not much involved in it. BGs are always open and waiting for us tho which is nice. |

| Kilrogg FTW!! No queue's and seeing as horde is outnumberd you'll almost never have to wait in line for a BG. Plus you get to kill Conquest members... assuming they ever come back that is (<3 Ashland). I'm sure almost every other PVE server is the same though. |

+29 Internets | I just logged in to Kilrogg - says the server's full but no queue for hordes. That's neat~ I suppose we'll give that one a shot... if PvP is less coordinated than on PvP server that just means it's easier to score those kills~ Also settled on an orc rogue again - probably going to hate myself for not going undead (will of the forsaken ) but Orcs look so much cooler =/If it doesn't work out, I guess there's always the option to movelog at 60. |
