Nice but when are we going to see characters, lore and areas from the WC3 series such as Northrend, Outlands, Illidan, Kel' Thuzad, Mt. Hyjal ect? That's what alot of us are waiting for.

They don't want to run through that content too quick I'd imagine. They've got strong unit sales and member retention right now. Bust out the WC3 characters once that has stabilized or starts to drop off. btw: I'm pretty anxious to see what's up with the silithid storyline. Obviously, some intelligent force is behind them, but I can't begin to figure out what it is. Some Nerubian ancestor race? Would tie in with the egyptian themes prevalent in both Nerubian stuff and in silithus.

Im kind of wondering how they plan to support the 1000s of people which are going to be doing those quests, especially in the first weeks, without instancing. I have a mental picture of 50 people standing around some camp waiting to mob Y to spawn to drop item X and all the 50 people will try to tag the mob first.

Screenshots look nice though. And if they keep to what they wrote, it sounds like people might have something else to do besides bitch about raids and BGs. Quote:

I think this would be a perfect setup for some solo type instances. But the triggered mob thing might work. But again i see 100 people trying to trigger mob X to spawn. | |

It seems really pretty spiffy to me. I am really surprised that they -completely- redesigned the zone, and added some really interesting things lore-wise. First, I had been wondering for a long time when we would find a sort of HeadQuarters of the Twilight's Hammer, and it seems this "Abyssal Council" refered to on that website is just that. Also, Cenarion Hold looks interesting and adds repeatable quests for Cenarion Circle, which is great news as that reputation was a bitch to increase. I expect the Cenarion people will probably hand out armor / weapons / recipes to people who reach the highest reputation levels, like the Zandalar Tribe for Zul`Gurub. The biggest surprise story-wise is the Bronzebeard Encampment, which finally lets us know the whereabouts of Brann Bronzebeard, the third Bronzebeard brother who founded the Explorer's League many years ago. And for those ever complaining about lack of content, remember that Blizzard also announced that FOUR Green Dragons would be implemented as outdoors raid encounters in the next content patch. Personnally, I don't expect Naxxamas, Kharazan, Uldum, Caverns of Time, Mount Hyjal, Barrow Deeps or Grim Batol to be part of an expansion, but rather be "free" content that will get added as the game progresses, much like we have seen so far. I expect the expansion will add Northrend (99% positive), possibly Undermine and / or Pandaria (that would be nice). I also expect the expansion to open Gilneas (Human Nation in Silverpine Forest, sealed by the Greymane Wall, outcast from the Alliance), and Quel'Thalas (the High Elf named Addon guarding the rubble barring the road to the Elven city could be a pun in that regard). It would also be pretty awesome if Undermine was released and had a way for people to pick their faction between the Steamwheedle Cartel and the Venture Co. Goblins.. and if there was a Goblin Submarine Port that would allow for future implementation of Nazjatar, the Naga Capital under the Maelstrom.. So much potential in this game.
