+5 Internets | That explains why I never advanced past rank 9 even though I was consistantly better than 5 percent standing. I'm sure I would be prosecuted federally if I posted what I wanted to happen to the team that designed pvp. Rest assured it involves a scalpel, some barbed wire, and a starving rat. In any case I've decided to get back into it and forestall my rapidly decaying pvp rank, in the hopes that one day they'll ungay the system. I'm pretty sure I'll be pvping with jesus though because it won't happen till the second coming. |

| Glad to know that your $15 a month is going to good use. Im just speechless on how Blizzard can be that fucking lazy/stupid/whatever about that. I would honeslty like to bitch slap the person who allowed that change.

| Yeah its sure nice that we have to spend 16 hrs per day to complete a FUCKING BLUE PVP SET! And out of like 3000 people PvPing on each server we see like 10 in ranks 11-14. Great fucking PvP ranking system...FOR ME TO POOP ON! |

In the current system if you want competitive top-end PvP gear, the only option is to exploit the queue system and farm CP's in AV/AB 40+ hours a week. | |

+8 Internets | Hmm I'm wondering why the "1.4%" number? When those in charge of PVP mechanics were brainstorming exactly what % of the population should be rank 11-15 someone said: "hey guys, how about 1.4%!". And everyone else went: "yeah! 1.4% thats a good number!". I have a hard time believing that is how it happened. |

| They probably don't even know what the settling % of 11+ is. Its most likely that someone, maybe just 1 person, designed the math behind the system, and that 1-1.4 just happens to be how it works out. The blizzard stance was that 5% of people would be rank 11+, until the pvp ranking webpage came out, and anyone can go look at it to see that right now its more like 0.8-1.5% rank 11+ (only the top 1000 people are listed so its impossible to get an actual %) I think they simply ninja edited the page and picked a number that looks fairly accurate on the pvp page. |
