| What features/classes would you like to see in WoW? This thread has prolly be started in dozens of other area's but im in class and theirs nothing else to do, so i'll start another!. Class: Bard, you may find it hard to believe but god what i wouldnt do for a bard in wow, mainly because i miss plainsrunning on taurens, the ability to chase down people at 100% speed as a bard would own so hardcore in pvp. On the other hand it would be hackmode in WSG. Feature: Pay 1g to skip all the scenery on a filghtpath and instantly appear at your desired location.

Simple things like publishing PvP rank/honor information for each faction on each server. I don't care if it's accessible in game or not. Somewhere on the Blizzard website would be fine. Enough cross-faction communication/identification in battlegrounds to allow you to compete against specific groups. For example, there's a Horde team that wants to fight an Alliance team, and vice versa. There's no way for either team to ensure they'll end up in the same instance together. 15v15 or 20v20 onslaught-style BG content, since Alterac Valley has maybe 1 instance on my server per week when a guild from either side coordinates a match. Publish the PvP rank logic instead of keeping it a black box. Players will eventually figure it out, just like they've figured out every other formula about every other game. Players > designers. | |

+1 Internets | PvP: - Rework how CP is gained to allow for healing to somehow give CP. - Cross-server BG. - A "limited-lives" BG. - Remove NPCs for BGs (guards). PvE: - Some form of EQ AAs (don't hurt me). - A real LFG tag. - Make Spirit stat useful. Last edited by venom : 07-07-2005 at 10:08 AM. |

+2 Internets | In addition to what's already been said... PvP: 5-on-5 Deathmatch Battleground. No guards. No flags. First team with 15 kills (number could be anything from 5 to 30, but at some point killing the same people isn't worth points) wins. PvE: Fix the debuff limit already! |

| Most of the stuff mentioned already I agree with. But I'll remphasize: Some form of AA. Getting to 60 and having the game change so drastically is fucking stupid. I've canceled twice already over it, but for some reason, but I keep coming back. Gonna see if BG's keep my attention this time, because being jealous of warrior dps on PvE raids sure isn't going to do it. LFG flag. How the fuck they could screw this up is beyond me. Lower repair costs on the extortion bots(yeah, I mean you forsakyn).

| More than the absolute minimum necessary to keep dragging along whatever marketing and sales says is the most cost-effective number of subscribers. You know, what they're doing now. Can't have too many hardcore people, as they require constant content and actual thought into fixes (not just 'changes that work'). But you have to throw the casuals a bone every once in a while to keep that $15/month flowing in. But let's face it, with the glacial pace of change in WoW, especially in terms of fan feedback (Hello, putting a flight master in Camp T - in patch 1.6) -- any items like the ones in this thread are all pipe dreams until the bean counters at Blizz can run it through Excel and justify it with money. |
