| It just goes to show, no matter what country, what continent, there needs to be a stupidity test before anyone is allowed to breed.

Kids who are at that age need 24/7 supervision, unless they are sleeping or in a childproof area like a crib, or gated off room with nothing in it except big toys.

| i have 10 month old twins.. if this story is true- and it is a few weeks old- the parents are to blame not the game.. 1- any 4 month old should not be left alone for several hrs at a time, there ALWAYS should be someone around. i mean jesus is it that hard to toss the kid in the CARRIAGE and take him to the Internet Cafe with you, most children that age are fairly quiet. i know my twins i can play at home iwth them right next to me and most fo the time- except for when hungry- they are pretty happy kids. @10 months old i can put them into either of their rooms with their toys and they will play together- except for the occasional hair pull- for hrs together without incident. i just get to go afk more often to make sure they are fine. |

+5 Internets | Yeah when my son was that age,all he did was eat sleep and shit. He was pretty habitual when it came to eating and shitting ,which meant for the remainder of the day he slept,or entertained himself by staring at the ceiling.I took him every where I went in a little like basket carriage deal,he wieghed fuck all so it's not like it was a burden on my arms or something. This really isn't a video game thing, its a dumbass parent thing, they could have left to get ice cream and the same thing could have happened, why the fuck would they leave a 4 month old or whatever in a house alone? |

| You CANNOT leave a 4 month old alone. At 4 months, infants generally still have limited motor functions, thus can be vulnerable to positions that can cause suffocation.

| I know a guy who left a greasy pan on the stove on during an EQ session and it burnt the house down. Now ANYONE who knows that guy or anyone in his family thinks EQ = the house burning down club. Its the people not the game that is responsible. |

| I blame the video game for the child's death. We all know that the WoW CD snuck into the infant's room and rammed itself down his/her throat. DAMN YOU WORLD OF WARCRAFT!!! DAMN YOU!!!!!!! *shakes fist* All you retards blaming the parents need to wake up and realize whats going on here!!!!!!!!!

| Had a sorta similar thing happen in Australia a couple of weeks ago, parents left their children (all under 10) and their friends children at home whilst they went to the pub, theoretically under the care of a babysitting friend. The babysitting friend decided he wanted to go to the pub to, the parents saw him there and did nothing about it...the house burnt down that night killing half the kids. Haven't heard anyone in Australia talking about blaming pubs though...funny that... (ps. pub = bar pretty much for the yanks that don't know) |
