Onyxia Scale Cloak Recipe & Horde (How?)

I got the head.
I am Horde.
Got 300 skinning and dragonscale leatherworking.

Just hand head in for the recipe or... ?

Been trying to find info about it and don't want to waste the head, so if anyone know tnx !

Go through all the normal steps you would go through for the head and at the end there will be an extra step that teaches you the pattern.
