| Expansions Just a couple of questions. 1- i hear battlegrounds goes live next patch. Is that as in todays patch or the next big patch 2-With every encounter having been beaten in EQ (not by many though) Does sony have plans on more expansions, or are all top ends just stuck at farming OOM? cheers

| 1 The server downtime that's currently happening is maintenance downtime, ie the servers are down every week for 6 hours at this time. Sometimes they like to confuse matters by putting in little unannounced "minipatches" but they're not content ones. They've said recently that BG is in the next patch and it's "coming soon". 2 No idea and no care, it's SOE and they're not getting another cent out of me. |

| What besides an alternate (eventually fun) way to gain honor do the BGs provide? Ever looked on the rewards ? - they are not that hot at all imo, and its laughable that you need the highest rank for the mediocre (WorkVsReward) weapon. I really hope there is some loot coming out of these BGs that is worthwhile. ---- Anyone can tell me if a HK no longer rewards honor if the person is killed more than 3 times by a raid ? I mean how long is it going to take 40 people to kill the other 40 three times ? hope you arent forced into a raid then when trying for the instance |

| We will see how many people will be able to hold the highest rank and actually use the weapon, more than 2 per server ? Think the time spend on reaching and keeping the highest pvp rank should not be shrugged of so easily. A 64 dps weapon you have to evergrind pvp to maintain. Unless it procs deathtouch I think its a token at best (and casters get shafted even more ) |

On a PVE server, it's pretty damn easy actually. I was ranked in the top 20 last week, which is definitely top 1% for horde on my server. That was playing at most 8 hours during the week (I'm married with a real job), a little on Saturday night, and most of the day Sunday. I could see how it would be much harder on the big PVP servers, but it's not as hard as you make it out to be. I play a warrior, so it's not like I just sat and AE'd at the TM zerg, either. | |
