+15 Internets | Damage (and Healing) Meters - WoW I had posted this in our Members Forum requesting our Healers use this mod. I know a lot of Melee have been using it to track DPS and since you can reset this as often as you like, they seem to enjoy it. Anyway, I think this is pretty sweet to use, mainly because you can trace everything your healers are doing. I happen to be a huge fan of doing that. During a raid last week, one of our Priests couldn't figure out which Priest was DoT'ing mobs. Not a single one would fess up. Now that I have this, I can see who has been doing the damage and more. You can track: Healing Done Healing Taken Damage Done Damage Taken Time since last action (frequent AFK'rs will hate this shit) And more! This will pick up information from everyone you want it to. Basically it will add everyone in your raid and you can delete or ban people from the list that you don't want there. As an example, I only keep healers on my list. The shitty slacker will be listed at the bottom of the list and the top healer will be in the first spot. I took a screenshot as an example. HERE is a link to the screenshot. HERE is a link to the mod. I think this is so great, I had to share. *Also, this seems to work with or without a channel (as suggested in the ReadMe). If you set a channel, it will pick up information for those not in range. If you enjoy going out of your way to monitor those in your guild and calling out the people who slack off, you should get this. Oh yeah, it even picks up HoT's and Bandages! Enjoy!! ![]() |

| The only problem with that is because of stopcast or manaconserve or whatever you wanna call it. Because someone may be paying attention they still may not heal as much if their heals keep get interrupted. Of course the extreme ends will still be pretty accurate because the changes that are you paying attention and jsut get THAT unlucky with stopcast that you only get one heal off all fight is not high. Pwn for getting ninjafkers fa sho.

+11 Internets | Seeing the healing taken and damage taken values in the screenshot, it seems that mod is pretty useless since it counts the overhealing. It's probably a pain in the butt to code a mod that would do the maths to see exactly for how much the targets got healed though, but it may become easier with the upcomming changes to the UI thingies.

I keep a few windows up for chats, dmg spells/dps and then one just for my heals. I really do miss features like /log and /notes - simple things but things I could dump into a parser and get semi-accurate results. I know there are a lot of addons but I really hate screwing with all of that. Atleast with this, I can kind of get an All-In-One deal. While it counts over-healing, it still gives me the information I need. With our guild, it is pretty easy to see who is slacking because their tank always dies, even when he isn't tanking. Atleast I will be able to say something like "You haven't done shit in 235.68 seconds! I would love to have someone make a mod that will tell me the exact heal information (how much they were really healed for). Make it happen! I know you guys have a genius there who writes stuff, tell him I need this ASAP! I suppose it will atleast add in some competition, I don't think anyone will want to be the loser at the bottom of the list. Clearly this brings things into play like some dipshit spamming heals, but I think I'd be able to notice that as I am pretty into watching what everyone does during raids. | |

| I like this idea. Not so much for the "slacker factor" per se, or maybe I'm just looking at it a little differently, but it's good to be able to identify who your "all stars" are and put them in a position to teach and lead others so that your guild as a whole can do better. There are a /lot/ of level 60 newbies in this game, and this mod will help you sort them out and either retrain them if they're people you want to hang onto, or boot them if they're not. |

| that's....kind of creepy. I mean, I know that in MMOs you have dumbfucks who refuse to do anything. City of Heroes had a real problem with people who would LOOK like they were doing something, but actually were literally doing nothing but running around in a circle. WoW's general playerbase is about the same level of competence... But for raids, you'd think your creme de la creme who (hopefully) guild (this is any guild in general) would be pulling their own weight. Old guild raid leader would fucking ream your asshole open with a 2x4 if you fell asleep on the job. ...we had a cleric who really DID do that. we left him dead in sleeper's tomb once. it didn't actually make any difference. +17 Internets | I've fallen asleep in far too many EQ raids... If cleared MC I'd probably get this mod and yell at people, or just post the results on our message board everytime. Of course, it's not as great in PVP because of how less structured it is. I play a priest named Heals, so you can imagine I get called a lot. I'm also popular on the horde side because I'm somewhat active in the community, I've had entire posts made on our realm forum from stuff I've said here. Definately a great mod for PVE though, almost as good as Raidbar/minion/assist. |

+1 Internets | I've been using this mod for awhile, and recently introduced it to my guild. Our clearings have noticeably sped up, with the only drawback being the constant bitching our butthurt warlocks make when they can't crack the top 20. |
