So are the Wall spells in game?

This also makes me wonder if anything similar to Spring Attack gets in game.
Ice patch is used in CoH for CC. Actual "Barriers" have yet to come into the MMO scene I think. At the same time these "walls", unless done with a form of cheating, would cause quiet a few problems with PCs as well. You are positioned in a corner and your buddy wizard puts up a wall up and corners/locks you in. Could piss off a lot of people, but I for one would be loling.

Like in DnD thou, the physical wall could be broken down with damage. Having that terrain created and destroyed would be pretty sweet.

I can't think of a better PvP solution between people than walling some loser off. If it can't be totally solid then Web, Solid Fog, Entangle will all be amusing methods to get revenge (or grief easily).

Just cast it on something on your person and then turn on /follow.

EDIT: haha.. I think Blindness might be more cruel.

If WoW would implement this, I'd resubscribe today.

One solution that would help players revisit dungeons is to provide them with personal goals.

For example, lets say I've already slain the Crazy Wizard and finished his quest. You could give me another quest that requires me to go back and find some small item or trinket. If i'm a cleric, maybe this item is a holy symbol stolen from my church. Maybe this item randomly spawns, or randomly drops off of the creatures there. If I want to complete this quest (which could be 10 parts long) I need to go back to the dungeon, luckily my friends have not killed the wizard so now not only am I helping them out, but i'm rewarding myself as well with something besides just some xp.

Sounds pretty interesting to me. Just depends on how good they make the gameplay.

Well the tranny has finally left the building, so maybe they can put a cork in their talent sieve problems and get a real producer on board to get their shit back on track.

Barring that, I'm not holding my breath for this thing to even see the light of day unless WoTC or some other angel is standing in the background licking LSD tabs while they continue to fire the money cannon at this thing.
