few possibilities

1- its a gm

2. wow korea didn't get rid of the mounts when they changed to the no cross faction mounts stance

3. an illusion on the character.

4. exploit

personally i'm thinking 1 or 3...

Could very easily be 3, there's an item up on the alliance AH a lot right now that illusions you into a member of the opposite team. (not sure if its random, probably is)

But they are in IF next to an Alliance member. Maybe something that changes your mount?

No, you can't mount while in an illusion/shapeshifted form.

It's probably photoshopped or a GM.

Most likely they swapped the model files for night elf cat and undead horse...

As to the item linked in middle of screen...it's easy to transfer horses to other side if you really want to (I'm assuming it says 60 undead horse)

I know you are able to buy another faction's mounts. Seen a skeletal horse for sell in gadgetzan AH.

Heh it's a Korean server, I wouldn't be surprised if our random Korean buddy Yun-Li Ho hacked the blizzard server in his spare time and gave himself this mount so he could be the most gosu forever.

Regardless if you can buy the mount in the AH, how are you to train for it (or does UD mount the same skill as human horse?)

You just needed to train an opposing factions mount, once you had the training you could use any of that races mounts. If they mind controlled and learned skeletal horse ridinig or whatever.. then they would just need to buy the mount.
