| agility and crit percentages I did a crude analysis of how AGI effects crit percentage. Full post is here. Short of the long is that each point of AGI adds 0.07% chance to crit. There may be a softcap we discover later, but if so it is at a point higher than 108 (the upper bound of my test). |

+2 Internets | Interesting, I gain 0.05% per point of agility at 126. Kind of odd that it drops off that much after 18 more agility. Maybe something else determines how much you get per agility than agility itself? What's your total crit % and level? I'm 60, but I'm pretty sure I've been getting 0.05% per agi for a long time now. |

| Yeah, im sure it varies not only by class, but by level. Would like to get data from other classes and folks of varying levelsto compare. I'm a 44 warrior with a roughly 13% chance to crit in battle stance. > Biz = Aradin. /wave |

| > from what I understood 25agi was 1% crit. My tests show that at 44 with a fairly low amount of AGI, its 14 per 1%. > You get a certain base level of crit just for existing, I'm not sure on that number. That will vary based on level (more AGI from leveling) and talents (for warriors anyway). |

| It does indeed vary by level. I had roughly a 15% chance to crit at lvl 20 (with malice talent, adding 5%), and I currently (lvl 47) have about a 15.5% chance. I've added well over 150 agi since then. The crit % listed on your 'attack' skill is vs even leveled mobs. So, adding agi each level, unless an exorbitant amount, simply keeps you from getting gimped against mobs your level. If it added flat crit %, you'd be approaching a 100% crit rate once your lvl 60, which is dumb. |

| as stated in the other thread, weapon proficiency also impacts crit percentage in some way. as a human, my +5 to swords bonus was giving like 0.03% more chance to crit than a non-bonus weapon. Dont exactly know how this plays in yet. |

| I'm 99% sure it's been confirmed that it varies by level. Basically you're expected to get better gear as you progress and thus the the amount of agi needed to have a 15% crit chance at 40 is a lot higher than the amount of agi needed to have a 15% crit chance at 20. Some people were complaining that their crit % goes down after they gain levels and this was the explanation given. Edit - bleh Zinke beat me to it
