+2 Internets | Macroing in WoW Blizzard's webpage gives a basic guide, and every fan site parrots the instructions, so I can't really find out how to make a non-assist combat macro. For instance, these are the two I am looking to do: #1: put on autoattack with sword, /cast Aspect of the Monkey #2: put on autoattack with the bow, /cast Aspect of the Hawk I got the /cast part down, but have not figured out how to autoattack with those two categories of weapons. Anyone figure this out? While I am at it, what is the command for /LFG? Haven't found it, or know if it is even in game (I am on test server 30, so everyone is just as clueless). |

+11 Internets | I was learning macros last night to set up a Polymorph macro that told the group what i was sheeping. People in WoW really aren't used to the whole crowd control idea, so they tend to just smash anything that is hitting the caster. Anway, to cast a spell from macro just open your spellbook and shift click the spell you want, it will add the line to the macro for you. Mine looks like: /p Sheeping %t ! Don't hit it! /cast Polymorph (Rank 2) Hope that helps - c |

+4 Internets | You can click those casting commands from the spellbook into the macro line too, couldn't be easier that way. |

| As far as using the equipment, I think you have to name the sword/bow verbatim to equip. I know folks using the cosmos utility have to make sure the item is swapped using the correct name of the item in question. |
