Why do Undead need Increased Underwater Breathing? Humanoid or not, if I see your bones moving without flesh you are an animated zombie, and zombies don't breathe.

Activate? This should be an always-on thing. I do hope they removed Poly invunlerability as there was no reason for Undead to be immune to it. Canni sounds awesome, though. Overall though, I still would not pick Undead again on a PvP server.

Am I the only one who thinks it's odd that Humans got bonus Spirit instead of Tauren? I figured that was a given.

This is only true of the North American, Canadian, and South American Zombie species.

Zombies in Africa, for example, do require air while the Zombies in Australia actually breath a mixture of poop and kangaroo urine.

As you can see, not all Zombies are created equal.

as witty as that is furor... and while i know you probly dont play a role in designing the traits...its hard to agree that undead came out with anything but the shit end of the stick.

right now on paper, all races are about equal,with some(gnomes) getting an edge, here and there. of course, there is only 1 race that has an entire class that gets a boost when fighting it; paladin:undead. now we all agree, paladins suck normally in strict dps because they appear more of a defensive based class, but you limit the past undead traits while keeping the same paladin boost... fair ?

(this is a rhetorical question, anyone is welcome to answer it; dont expect furor to probly check back on this)

umm.. you probably missed the 'Undead are considered humanoid and not Undead now'.
That should mean Turn undead and shackle undead don't work on them, and they can activate their immune to fear/sleep/charm to be pretty damn invulnerable to those effects. Poly should work still, but that's the only thing I can think of off the top of my head. Cannibalize is nice.
Undead traits don't suck at all, lol.

Tauren war stomp, wow.. I wonder how long the cooldown and stun effects are. That's a helluva skill if it's not gimped to kingdom come.

Read closer. Undead are now flagged Humanoid, not Undead.
