| Tried this morning, again getting denied for no reason. I really hope the subsequent launches are a lot less messy than this. Finished DLing from Physics Theory's link, so once I get a key I am gtg~

| I got my key about 3AM EST after initial signup at around 7PM EST. So I got up this morning a little early before work, started my download, signed up at the Blizzard site with my key and I should be good to go when I get home. BTW the download was screaming this morning. 1:30 to download the whole client.

| Downloading at 580 kbs. Brought my laptop to work to do this since my gimp ass home connection kept droping me. 1:28 min for the entire client.

And no, I'm not going to threaten to sue Fileplanet. I'm guessing they're just not very good at anticipating demand. | |

| corrupt file For those getting a corrupt file fear not! I too thought my file was fucked and was about to womp all those at fileplanet but I found a solution that is simple but worked. Make sure you use the plain ole vanilla winzip 9.0. Evaluation version is ok but i found that zipcentral and other variants just wouldn't extract the files right. When in winzip don't select anything and just extract the files to a folder. If you have did it right the folder should be about 7 files with a wyvern launcher icon. Click that and install. Hope this works. |

| Signed up this morning and instantly received key. Was getting anywhere from 400-700 KB/sec off my college's wireless network. Watch out though, I downloaded 450 MB in the library, walked to the student union, and was unable to resume after multiple attempts and variations. If you're on a laptop and for some reason have to temporarily move to a different ISP, pause the download, leave your laptop on, log on to your new ISP, and hit resume. Otherwise you may have to start from scratch. |
