New games?

Are there any new rpg's out there that are any good... or old ones? something fun?... I beat gothic 2 a few days ago and it was a nice game, now im playin warcraft 3 and i got annoyed of it, dont want to start playing any mmorpg because i wont be able to play at school. Well anyway ill quit bitchin now, so if you know any good games out there, screw it not even rpg's, anything, just list it please and maybe ill go get it or something.

I fear that even posting a sticky not to post shit like this in this forum wouldn't stop people from posting.

Anyway, some of us are playing this Spellforce game. It's an RTS with some l33tness. I'm not a big RTS fan but I found it tolerable.

Spellforce? CPU game?

Pick up AOM/RON/DOTMW, don't base your judgements on RTS if all you've played is Warcrap 3 (I loved WC and WC2).

There is actually strategy.. and not just 5 man economies and 10 man armies, if ya get my drift.

I been killign time playing Savage Eden.

basically a diablo type idea but they are trying to chareg monthly for it heh just playen till free time runs out.
gogo wearing plate armor and using a hand gun.

Try an old game called Divine Divinty, its not ancient but has graphics that like look like Diablo 2. Its single player only though but has a really good story and is a decent game to waste time on.

I picked it up at circuit city for $20 couple months ago

Best game ever = Tradewars 2002.

Old ass BBS door game, completely text based. I found a few telnet sites for it. Basically you're a space trader, trying to make money and build up your own corner of the galaxy with planets and whatnot. It's probably not as fun as I think it is, but I'm getting a lot of nostalgic enjoyment out of it.

Just use hyperterminal and connect to tradewars.darktech.org. Nothing like seeing ANSI graphics for the first time in 15 years.

Ha I remember trade wars I think. Was that the one where you could buy the gems on the dwarf planet...then fly to the rich people planet and make a fortune? I was on one BBS...my ship was completely loaded out with laser batteries and cargo holds, basically invincible. Then the sysop deleted my char. Bah.

Door games were teh win ;P

Furor why not post a sticky of games people can play for free, for us ex-EQers

I know one game people can have a blast with, its a rom though Seiken Densetsu 3, make sure you get the english translated version.. Its a blast, and if you have a friend, host a server on ZSNES and play with your friend on it.
