| Nm, he did it already. I'll interject the ? ones though. It looks like they're splitting Monk into defensive martial artist, and Brawler is ...well, yeah, a smackdown wrestler. They'll probably have cool shit like The People's Elbow discipline, or Ho Train. Brigand/Swashbuckler will probably be purer backstab-type thief skills vs. an offensive thief (dual wield expert, etc) Inquisitor's description also sounded awfully familiar. Isn't there another game where clerics have a heavy concentration on a line of spells to dominate the minds of others? HMM Last edited by Iannis : 12-23-2003 at 07:54 PM. |

| does this not seem stupid to anybody else? Why not just allow the classes to be able to be better customizable in terms of defensive and offensive? Why do they have to act like 14 classes is really 28? Do we even want to think about how many more people are going to be playing offensive rather then defensive classes? Having 28 classes is either going to mean an unheard of amount of content and originality in an mmorpg, OR, a lot of reptition. which one sounds more sony to you? |

+5 Internets | man, I'm so going cleric now... just so I can barge in places and go.... NOBODY EXPECTS THE SPANISH INQUISITION on a serious note, whats with dividing up all the classes like this? It doesn't create diversity so much as it just makes players overall weaker. Instead of just an enchanter you get one enchanter good at mezing, while the other one is good at charming. Why not just have ONE enchanter good at both? Formula for lame if you ask me. |

| They need to be able to support their 108 person raids coming in EQ2...and figured if they water down the classes even more they'll be able to stretch that content just a bit further than ever before. |
