Recommended Level is broken

Even though the display shows that the damage is being reduced, nothing is actually happening. If you want to test, make a level 1 warrior and give him a weighty polearm. It's supposedly a 1/34 weapon, but still hits for 20+ with an offense skill of 0 and a 2HS skill of zero.

Never bothered putting any thought into it, but now that I do I can agree / confirm its broken.

While PLing a friends beastlord, he was using a Orb of forgotten magic or some such (19/30 with a 300dd proc). and hitting for high 40's with it at roughly level 22ish.

It was showing as 8/30 and 40+ dmg seems a tad high for an 8 dmg weapon.

On that note, it also procs at level 1, a 300ish dd, most likely not intended as well.

level restrictions on ldon twink gear are lame just remove them.
And yes twink gear is all they are.

They're not lame.

The problem is that there is equipment without the restrictions.

why would you even make a thread like this?
its like saying:

why dont you use it to your advantage and go make a twink with some awesome weapons and fuck some shit up. i mean if everybody hates soe cuz of their bugs and shit then why dont you go and use it against them and work the system to your benefit instead of nerfing yourself.

i knew the game was dead once it warned me not to accidently attack captain hazran while handing in DF belts on a noob.

the soe i knew woulda let you hit autoattack, then bound you right next to him and put you on his perma hatelist, giving you an endless death cycle on a level 5 or so.

where did the good times go?
