q1 = quarter 1, 4 quarters of the year - like spring summer fall winter

Geeks are humans too, just a much lower form of humanity than the rest of us.

And come on, how many of you thought they were gonna meet the beta date? Blizzard is synonymous with game delays.

I'm not complaining though, all those delays make for better games. Let them take their time with WoW, as long as the final product is good, I'm happy.

I thought the announcement was that beta would start sometime in Q4. Was this just rumor rather than something that was announced?
