It was a great start, but if they drag the "memory loss" thing on for more than 3-4 episodes I will be pretty pissed off.

Mainly I wanted my Leonard Nimoy fix, and I'm still jonesing.

Agreed. I hate how they didn't start off where it was left last season. The whole time I as excited about what Nimoy was going to say. Now...

But it was still a good episode. This show can't fail.. or at least I hope it doesn't.

Unfortunately, I had heard about the awkward Acevedo firing/rehiring over the summer.
(Summary: producers fired Acevedo because they needed the salary to hire the new chick because, supposedly, audiences don't like sour puss Torv (hence her increased smiling at the tail end of last season, even when inappropriate, and her mentally damaged level of smiling tonight), then when he went public about it they hired him on for a vague additional duration to stop the bad p.r.)
So yeah, the evil Francie card being played wasn't much of a surprise. I thought new agent was introduced very poorly, though the religious aspect is interesting - I think she and her sponsors are part of some independent faction that are seeing Revelations connections that aren't(?) there.

Well thats kinda good that they will kill off the fake guy within a few episodes- I would get frustrated with an entire season of him 'fooling' them and trying to kill munn in some random finaldestinationish way they never link to him...I still think it is a lame write in that they didnt check him for the markings.

I thought the new chick was put in too fast, but not poorly- they needed support that was 'offical' while they where dealing with their division being closed etc- decent nuff- it would have been better as a 2hr premire

The device in question, changed the soldier to look like the person he placed the other end in. We are led to believe that Charlie shot at the nurse, who then killed him and transformed herself into him. But if that is the case why was her body still there? If on the other hand he somehow swapped, making himself look like Charlie and charlie look like her then why was there an additional Charlie body. In either case, 2 people were in the room, Charlie and the Soldier, and three people were in it later, the corpses of the nurse and charlie, and the soldier in Charlies body. Big mistake and one that threw the whole episode off for me.

OT, but where is the hide/show option on the reply screen mine doesn't have that?

I'm guessing that the nurse body that they found fake Charlie standing over was the original nurse, not the nurse-shaped-assassin. They probably just glossed over the time it would've taken to shift into Charlie's form and shuffle the bodies around.

That's it. The problem is, it looks like they're not going to notice the switch for a while, when in fact they should see that something is up when they find the 3 holes in the nurse's mouth during her autopsy. Maybe they'll get that info at some point and put two and two together.

At comic con they even said everyone is there at the finally for the season. Then says maybe not in their real form. Also it has 3 nails on each side. So he had to self inflict the inside of his mouth to change.

When I first saw it, it was a wtf moment. Then I thought ok he must have had the nurse's body stashed in that very room, probably the reason why he ran back there. Though after they check the nurse's body they should find out the two bullets were missing in her, and if anything should have three bullets in her. I don't remember there being more gun shots.

Then I thought about the time between when the gun shot went off and Peter and the agent getting there, maybe they needed another shot of them running down a long hallway, because the soldier switched places with Charlie and switch out his clothes pretty damn quick.

Anyways minor details, and I'm glad the show is back on!
