So what do I need to load up in my queue on Netflix before I start getting the TV seasons? I know "The Gathering" I have to watch/get, but are there any others I need to watch before I get into the TV seasons?

The Gathering and In the Beginning. Should be on the same disc, at least the version I have.

And though it was filmed much later and has Boxleitner wearing shoe-polish in his hair, it helps to watch it for the Mimbari War/Battle of the Line. And depending on your tastes the first season may be a drag, although it was my favorite personally.

And because I don't see the thread, all you sci-fi fans should be watching Torchwood: Children of Earth this week, it fucking owns.

I would watch "In the Beginning" sometime after starting the series. When was the original air date in relation to the series? Anyone know?

Watch "In the Beginning" after the 2 parter from Season 3, "War Without End". No sooner, too many spoilers.

Seriously, it will ruin the entire buildup of the first three seasons if you watch it early.
