+3 Internets | I dont know how another season would really work (which is why I'm not a writer I suppose), the whole thing has been building to what we're about to see, just feels like we should have 6 hours left, not what, 2? Wish we could have seen more Brian Cox other than his 2 episodes. Last edited by meStevo; 07-12-2009 at 07:17 PM.. |

| All season I've thought the chap who played David was a rubbish actor and was the weak link of the series, in the last few episodes he has turned it around a little. The brief shot last week of him appearing to be the King was a real eye opener for me, something about how he stood up and held himself suddenly made him seem a lot more than he ever had been. If only he hadn't have been as wooden the rest of the time. There may be an argument that's how he was supposed to play it but not that wooden surely ![]() Only 2 more hours, as others have said so much to fit in with the plot threads that are dangling. Then again if the Queen can have her sons potential wedding partner thrown over a cliff in her car offscreen and that whole plotline resolved with one line of dialogue I guess they can do pretty much anything >.<

| That was some great fucking TV. It was especially amazing how it contrasted young silas and queen to old silas and queen and how times have changed/stayed the same.

| The last two episodes have been way, way better than the previous half dozen. I still think they could have gotten better actors for David and Jack, they don't really belong on the same stage as Ian McShane or Brian Cox; but the show is much improved, too bad we'll never see what happens beyond next week. |

| This last episode, New King Part 1 or something, was merely OK. It was good, but it wasn't as transformational as the two that preceded it. It's still a great set-up for the next episode, but I honestly didn't expect things to go down like that. |

+18 Internets | I thought the guy was left alone a bit too long. Unless the shoe throwing guy was a diversion, but they took him down in seconds. The guy with the gun? He was able to take out an entire row of people it seemed after the deed was done. It's like.."Someone want to get that guy?" Shoe throw was hilarious, though. |

| wtf is up with the pastor, does he have magical powers or some shit? "lolz I can turn off lights!!" He switches sides so damn much, its amazing anyone trusts him. For anyone who is well versed in Old Testament, is he supposed to be the Devil trying to lead Silas (aka Saul) and David off the path of good? Don't really understand the son either, I guess he is constantly torn between doign good things and doing what others want him to do. edit: just read David - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia some interesting stuff on the relationship between Silus/Jon/David |

| It kills me that this show is getting canceled. I blame poor marketing personally. Every person who I've directed this show to on hulu has loved it. Some of the best writing/acting I've seen. There's like, what, 1 episode left? My only hope is that it ends with some closure. I swear to god, if the last episode has anything resembling a cliff-hanger, leading into a second season (which they aren't going to have), I'm gonna nerdrage. |
