Cripes Kahlan is hot. But omfg the story has been turned into minced meat. She's not the mother confessor and yet they had her prancing around all this time in the white dress which only the mother confessor wears. How is it possible to have this many producers and not one to steer them in the right direction... Sam Raimi (Spider-Man, Spider- Man 2, Spider-Man 3 and The Evil Dead), Rob Tapert (The Grudge, Xena: Warrior Princess, Hercules: The Legendary Journeys and Cleopatra 2525), Joshua Donen (The Quick and the Dead), Ned Nalle (production executive for Xena: Warrior Princess and Hercules: The Legendary Journeys) and Ken Biller (Star Trek: Voyager and Six Degrees). ugh

The whole 'baby confessor' storyline kind of sucked. Pretty sure some chicks who've dedicated their lives to this shit would know a bit more about whether the kid is gonna grow up evil than some random dude who just wandered in from another country. Richard needs to stop being such a whiney bitch.

The show is what I would expect from those producers, especially when a few of them come from hercules and xena. I have no problem with how the show is presented. What I don't understand is how the story has basically been completely rewritten, they're even rewriting certain areas to explain important parts of the story. Just boggles my mind why go through all that trouble when the story is already there in the books and is doable for the for most part.

+79 Internets | Started watching this on Hulu, I admit I skipped around but this is just terrible. It isn't even bad like Hercules(Kevin Sorbo) bad which made it good, it is just terrible with very few redeeming moments. |

I was all bummed that the series sucked so bad, but then I read the reviews for the later books (I've only read the first 4). Apparently, the later books (with one exception) all sucked real bad too, so I feel a lot less sympathy for Terry Goodkind's books getting "ruined". Admittedly, they are 2 different forms of suck. The first book was great, so this show had the potential to be good.

So uh how is it that the 3 stars are in front of the moon? :/ Isn't that physically impossible? This episode is horrible. I'm only half way through, but this is a new low for an already bad series. Everything before this was tolerable, but this... What the fuck is the point of an episode that basically retells the entire season up to this point? This brown haired chick is much hotter than Kahlen. Last edited by Azrayne; 02-26-2009 at 01:09 PM..
