Getting back to the "paradox" in Continuum

Ok...in the present day, the REAL Baal and the clone Baal exist. The real Baal made the time machine in the present day, then traveled back to 1939 to do the changes while clone Baal awaited his execution. We can then assume he goes back to his base, then goes back in time 14 years in the NEW timeline to consolidate his power. Maybe he kills the Baal in that timeline. Who knows. Anyways, new timeline Baal is now the original Baal. He dies in that timeline to Vala. Mitchell goes back to the point original Baal came through to change time. He kills original Baal, negating the timeline that had been created and restoring it. Since the time machine was created during the non-corrupt timeline and prior to Baal altering it, it stands to reason it still exists. However, no one in SG-1 will know about it unless Mitchell in the past gave them some clues. I guess the big question is what happened to that Mitchell? That's the real question. We know he met his granddaddy and hung around for a bit because of that picture in the locker

there are no paradoxes and there is only one single timestream. There were at least two Ba'als in the past (the existing one and the one that came back), and the satellites had to be rebuilt by the Ba'al that came back. The Mitchell that went back lived the rest of his life in the 30s, 40s, etc but it is unknown if the two Ba'als had contact prior to Mitchell killing the one in 1939. If they did, nothing major was altered in the timeline.
