| I think you guys are way over thinking this. I now consider this show fully x-fileized, in that the creators are completely making this up as they go along. If only for the fact that 2-4 of the final five happened to magically be on one of the 2 battlestars that weren't wiped out in the war. Zzz. |

However, they had plenty of time to think during the writers strike, and theres even talk that some of the season 4.5 scripts got rewritten. I would not put anything past them at this point. This is the end game. | |

| A lot of the behind the scenes stuff they do is bullshit. Listen to the podcast about the episode where Starbuck died. It was all 100% bold faced lies. None of the off the record things they say are cannon. |

+9 Internets | One thing that bothers me is the final five. Ok, we know four of them, we know one of them was not with the fleet....so where does that leave us really? Is all the build up over who the 5th going to be for nothing as it will be someone who we've never seen before? If that's the case I'm going to be slightly miffed since they built up the five so much, and we've been sitting here guessing who the 5th was for months now. One could hazard a guess that the final one is someone who's been on the show but is dead now, but it's been insinuated that the final five are pretty much unique and don't have other models.....I dunno, I guess that part of an otherwise fantastic season is kinda bothering me. |

| The writers have done everything to explicitly not confirm anything about the hidden fifth, in fact they've gone out of their way to omit everything possible. D'anna saw the faces of the Final Five through her visions. But the hidden fact is that she still had to personally meet the people to recognize who they are. Drawing from this, the secret is that she only knows who 4 of them are. The robes didn't come with "Hello My Name Is ____" stickers or a location printout, plus D'anna would never reveal her ignorance and play the situation exactly as is. Once again, I put my vote in for Romo Lampkin (Baltar's Lawyer). His personality fits, he projected the dead cat, he's been around as long as Tigh and the others, and most importantly he's someone that D'anna wouldn't know. |
