Love this show. Every episode is fucking great to me.

The second season is much, much darker than the first, and obviously the plot is advancing much faster due to the limited episodes. Every EP this season has been as good as the great ones last year. I hope in two weeks we won't have seen the last of Jericho.

I have a bad feeling that the network execs will pull the plug on the show due to the low ratings. Though I hope I am wrong cause this show is an amazing show.

For those who might be curious, here's a breakdown of the ratings since Episode 1

As much as I like this show, I'm doubting we'll get a season 3 from CBS if those numbers are pretty accurate.

Yeah those numbers are pretty terrible for a network show. All we can do is hope scifi picks up the show, which is pretty doubtful. I'm kinda shocked CBS hasn't officially announced the show is canceled yet. I will say that a 10pm time slot wasn't the best time they could have picked.

Its such an amazing show with a great premise, canceling it will be a crime against quality TV with all the reality crap out there.

This is the show that made CBS (and maybe others) re-look at Nielsen ratings and how they don't accurately report viewership in this day and age of online viewing, Itunes, and DVRs. 20 tons of nuts helped. There's some pretty good letter writing campaigns going on right now to keep the show going and show support. The producers, cast and crew has had a pretty good involvement with the fans, too, something you don't always see with a show.

There are some rumors going on that are saying it might be canceled (this in light of which episode they show for #7, they shot two versions).

If CBS drops it after all this, I imagine that it will only add to the reasons why most people are not watching the big 3 network tv shows anymore.

My luck it will get picked up by Sci-Fi , since you know , Comcast here where I live would rather add another idiot shopping channel and other useless crap instead of Sci-Fi or Comedy Central which people might actually watch.

HBO could use some good new shows, I just don't see them picking up a show from another network like this. If anything it would be more likely to end up on Showtime, since CBS owns them.
