It's not exactly low standards, but some guys are just attracted to thicker girls who give off the "you don't have to work at all to get me in bed" vibe. Considering that's exactly who she played on the show it's not that surprising that so many people here are calling her "hot." I do think though that the word is better reserved for women who actually are.

Sources say Dollhouse fans shouldn't lose hope; that despite the show's recent ratings, the show is still alive. Whedon pitched the network on his vision for season two late last week. Discussions have commenced between Fox and the studio about how to make the show work financially.

Earlier today, Miracle Laurie (November) posted a twitter asking fans to contact Fox to support the show. It said:

Seems like she was just trying to drum up some support, but she apparently doesn't know much about Whedonites. They promptly crashed the phone system.

It's funny because just yesterday, I read an article that called Whedon fans "psychotic". After I had tracked down the author and killed his dog, I thought to myself, that's just not true. For serious though, there is a small hardcore band of Whedon followers, but the vast vast majority just really dig his shows. The only show I can imagine even bothering to email or call about would have been Firefly-- and even then, I could never delude myself into believing that it would accomplish anything. Dollhouse I actually prefer dead.
