| This is a bit of a derail, sorry. I was on Hulu the other day and noticed they have the entire first season of Angel available. I just watched the pilot and first couple of episodes. The acting and character development are much better. (Never watched Buffy so I didn't know their backgrounds.) It is worlds above what I have seen in the first 3 episodes of Dollhouse. Now, I am not sure how much of it is acting and the actors ability to deliver and how much of it is actually the writing. Leads me to believe that Joss isn't doing a lot of the writing. The Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blogs writing was genius compared to this and we all know Joss was strongly tied to it. (It is important to note that Niel Patrick Harris as the main actor is f'ing amazing and blows anyone in the Doll House outta the water. The guy is pure Awesome.) BTW, holy hell is Charisma Carpenter hot. She is just ungodly. |

+31 Internets | Yes Dollhouse really makes you wonder what happened to Whedon because he's been so consistently good and now he's made crap. I almost expect him to come out after the show fails and say "I decided to fuck Fox over by making a guarenteed bomb," but that's just rediculous isn't it?

Dollhouse isn't the greatest show but it isn't complete shit. I think once it hits its stride, it will get better. Ratings though pretty much guarantee that it won't be picked up for a 2nd season though. | |
