And subtitled anime is not going to be shown on american tv probably ever.

The only one who is different is Lockon. Everyone else seems to have survived except probably Alleluhjah's alter ego.

They already hinted in the first season that Lockon had a lookalike, so no surprise there. Not sure if he is a clone or a twin or what but his real name is rumored to be Lyle but takes the codename of Lockon Stratos. The "real" Lockon is dead and won't return.

Yeah I like the 00, but I'm not too sure about the rest. And the new Virtue looks less "detacheable" if you know what I mean.

Setsuna is now the Meister team leader instead of Lockon this season, I think we all know what the implication there is. Season 2 is about CB vs the Federation's opposition suppression force, the Arrows. Federation controls all the media so these people can pull off some messed up shit with no public backlash; this is much different from the 3 powers playing a zero sum game in S1. Sounds like 00 is going the traditional Gundam route now, almost sounds like the AEUG vs Titans from Zeta.

Here's another new trailer, shitty shaky cam quality though. Full opening length song from Uverworld too.

Interesting how Setsuna looks to still be piloting the Exia at the beginning of the trailer.
