Criminal Minds - Season 3

Surprised this doesn't have a thread already. It's probably my favorite crime show. I'm apprehensive about how Montoya's leaving will effect the show, and less then impressed with the proposed replacement, especially when Harvey Keital or Gena Davis were being touted as possibly replacements.

Probably my favorite episode I can think of off the top of my head, is the one that had The Dawson in it. Thought he acted really well in it.

I also like how the characters are a little more real, and have long lasting effects. Like how long reed took to recover from his ordeal, or the plot about the season 1 finale / season 2 opening.
