New show on USA.

Just watched this tonight on USA, first episode and it was commercial free. I wasn't expecting anything special but the show was pretty good. I'll definitely check out the second episode.

I was laughing outright. Its a good mix of comedy with action with MacGyver.

Couple of questions I have.

Why did he need to tie the two phones together? what was wrong with just using the good phone?

Also, why did he tie his gun to the flare at the end? what was the point of the flare?

He said he wanted the mic off the cheap phone because it was more likely to pick up every piece of noise, I don't know about the flare.

I don't like the stop motion camera stuff, it gets old after a while when you do it on every single shot.
