Flight of the Conchords

Premiered after Entourage last night. It's definitely different but I laughed my ass off last night. Anyone else catch it?

Weird as hell, but I'm kind of digging it. I love Jermaine (the one with the glasses), and remember him fondly from his days as the Outback Steakhouse spokesman.

The show looks very promising.

I like this show. I also saw a hilarious trailer for a movie this weekend during a showing of "Once" that Jemaine is in, called Eagle vs. Shark.

EAGLE vs. SHARK

When he busted into that song on the couch I almost wet myself. Rest of it was kind of meh but I'll give it a chance.

I watched the first episode at HBO.com and thought it was pretty good. However, his silly singing voice sounds identical to Jimmy Fallon's silly singing voice. It was kinda funny 5 years ago when he did it; now, it's a little lame.

Watched the first episode last night. I thought it was pretty funny. I didn't know it was a "musical", but the lyrics got some laughs out of me.

I really tried to watch it and it was just too weird for me. I didn't laugh one single time. It's definitely not Entourage. Sadly I don't think I will be watching this show, and I had such high hopes for it.

I thought tonight's episode was hilarious, albeit i was forced to watch it. The preview for next week's episode looked really funny too. I might give it a shot next week.

i must say i'm not crazy about this one. there was some pretty funny dialog thrown in there, but i don't really feel the singing crap. hate to be a pessimist but i can't really see this show catching on... i'd give it two seasons at the most. could be wrong though.. this is HBO after all.

One of the songs from the first episode. Really enjoying this show so far.

If it means anything at all to you, the second episode is much better than the first.

I enjoy it but I'm a big fan of this type of overly subdued humor. The songs are hit or miss, but I love the idea of them being tossed in almost completely at random, as insight into what they're feeling/thinking at any time. I'll keep watching but I'm not thinking it will last particularly long like someone else mentioned. Which sucks=/

I've loved all the songs so far. This show is just plain silly, and I like it. Who knows how long it will be good, maybe it will wear off. But it's something fresh, funny and different.
