Guess I'll have to watch it again, and see if the changes they made to the pre-air screener were an improvement or not. Replacing the sister and making the character a l33t hax0r girl instead of being deaf seemed like pretty big changes.

Heh, I think the series will jump the shark once the sister figures out how to work the Bionic Woman's implants and becomes her medic/mechanic. That's pretty much where I see that going.

The roof fight scene was pretty weak but the rest was watchable. I will tune in next week, still not sold on the "implants make me fight good" story.

Fucking hated it. Was offensive and trite. I had high hopes, thought it had potential, but I didn't see anything that made me want to give it another chance.

I have a feeling this show is going to do very very well in the ratings. Women are going to absolutely love this shit.

I liked it, will keep watching it. They tried to cram alot of stuff in the pilot, but i understand why.

Where was the na-na-na-na-na sound when they run at super speed, the spring sound when they jump, or the telescope sound when they use super vision? Lame. Plus, shouldn't they be in slow-motion when they use their powers? These things are an outrage.

I thought it was ok. I think i'd rather watch this than private practice, and I'm not interested in CSI or any of the other lineup at 9

Except not the same, he learned of kung fu, and could carry out the moves in his mind. Big difference then saying your body is suddenly coordinated enough to carry out the moves. Also we don't get the months of her learning how to use her new limbs like the original show.

watched the remade pilot- had watched the original pilot.

show was pretty much exactly the same except for 2 things- 1- original pilot, both parents were dead- this one only the mother is dead.

2- sister. of the two sisters, i like the newer one a bit better, she actually looks similar to "jamie" unlike the other sister that did not. and the girl has a good personality that is coming thru just from what i saw on the pilot. going to watch more episodes.

I have high hopes for the series moving forward. The guy responsible for the majority of the lackluster pilot was also responsible for the lackluster movies "The One", "Final Destination 3", and "Willard", and he's no longer with the team. They now have Jason Smilovic from "Karen Sisco" and "Kidnapped", plus the extremely underrated "Lucky # Slevin" movie, as well as David Eick from "Galactica". Plus some other groovy talent. And Sackhoff is a bonus.

So yeah. The Pilot gets a D for effort and premise. We'll see how things go from here.
