It looks like DC was about to revive Aquaman. It sucks that it didn't go through... At least from my understanding.

Yeah, it doesn't look like it's getting made. Kind of glad to be honest, if the Smallville cameo was any indication of what it was going to be like. Aquaman was by far the weakest of the characters to make an appearance.

i can think of a few ways that an aquaman series/movie could be good. i don't trust networks to avoid fucking it up tho.

It was going to be from the Smallville team.
It was NOT going to be the actor who appeared in that Smallville ep.
It was supposed to be an adult Aquaman, not another Dawson's creek with superpowers.

Kinda bummed it got canned.
