Anyone else keeping up with this show? At first I didn't really think it'd beable to appeal to a large audience due to it's nature, but it really is fucking hillarious and I'm sure most people will get 99% of the jokes.

The first few episodes are alright, the last 3 almost had me in tears, the show has some solid writers. The first season seems to be only 6 episodes long sadly =(

Either way a great showm, sadly it's only on britian TV.

Just finished downloading and watching this at a friends suggestion. It's pretty fucking funny. Fuck the English and their short seasons though. 8(

Haha yes! I love this show. Ive been waiting ever since the first season ended for the new season to come up.

Rumours have it that the new season will start in January and will be 8 episodes i think? Thats what i heard a long time ago, not sure if that's still happening.

Either way, cant wait.

Downloaded the series on a whim after seeing this thread, those last 3 episodes are definitely classic... I love the "Goth" guy who basically lives in the basement, hahaha, laughed so hard at the Cradle of Filth parts.

It's confirmed that they're having a new season that starts in january, hopefully it picks up the funny where it left off from the previous season.

The IT Crowd (2007) (TV)

Looks like NBC is making a US version of this show. I've always been skeptical of US remaking other countries shows, but lately there have been decent ones, the Office, and Thank God You're Here. Here's hoping this show continues the trend since I love the original.

After downloading the first season I wasn't very impressed. A lot of the humor is stupid. And there are very few actual in-jokes for IT people.

Only amusing part is the goth server admin discussing the machines in the backroom. "Look at the lights, see how they blink, look! now that ones blinking, and now that one, why? i have no idea."

I am sure NBC will do this since they can't get any original shows anymore that are actually good. Their whole network sucks.

New season started and caught the first episode. Started off a little slow but then it picked up and had some really funny scenes. They seem to be more away from IT jokes though and into just general sitcom humor.

Yeah S2E01 was a little over the top but still some good laughs. Especially the lowering and lifting of the wheelchair into the truck
