| On a good note Serenity made $35 Million worldwide box office. Cost was $40 Million so with DvD sales they easily made profit which is good. They said all along they expected to make more money on DvD sales then box office and if things went well might see another. |

| While it certainly is disheartening to see Book and Wash leave in the movie, I think that there is still plenty of ability for the show to continue on in movie format. However it will still bug me to never know how Book obtained all of that knowledge about the 'verse and alliance. |

+12 Internets | I'd actually love to watch the series again. But every time I get my DVD's back someone else borrows them. 3 brothers, my sister, dad, 3 different friends. I'm not even sure who the fuck has it now. Also, watched Band of Brothers 2 or 3 times. In addition to seeing most of them when they 1st aired. But yeah, for the most part I *very* rarely re-watch any DVD I get. TV or movie.

On a similar note, Jubal Early was a fantastic character. His last line at the end of the episode gets me everytime.

Simon: Are you Alliance? Early: Am I a lion? Simon: What? Early: I don't think of myself as a lion. You might as well, though — I have a mighty roar. Simon: I said "Alliance". Early: Oh, I thought— Simon: No, I was— Early: That's weird. Oh, and I fourth of fifth the "downloaded the series and liked it so much I bought the dvd." Also, I own a whole lot of TV Box sets. CSI, West Wing, Alias, 24, Star Trek: TNG, Star Trek: DS9, Lost, Arrested Developement, to name a few, and I watch them all the time.
