I don't like Nancy anymore and it's making me not like the show. I've always been able to relate to and empathize with Nancy until this last episode. It seems to me that Peter is exactly what everyone in Nancy's fucked up family needs, but no, she picks the weed life over him. And a quick half-second frame of a future episode shows Nancy and Conrad closing in for a kiss, of course. And another scene showing Peter jacking Conrad and Nancy's next harvest? I have a feeling the season finale is going to leave me not really caring about season 3. But I guess as long as Nealon is still in it, it can't be all bad. I love his character. =)

+20 Internets | I thought it was normal that Nancy got pissed at Peter... it wasn't his child and no way a mother should let some new boyfriend discipline her children. Given the show's name, I'm sure she'll go back to dealing weed  Also: That Nancy/Konrad thing really needs to happen |

In fact, I think a better show would have the viewer constantly thinking that Nancy/Conrad would happen without it ever actually happening. (Seinfeld/Elaine) Just a sort of basic sexual tension. Most everyone on earth has someone like that in their life...a person you'd ignore all logic to be wth just once, but you know deep down that you just can't do it. People can relate. Celia and Doug fulfill it obviously, I don't think Nancy and Conrad should. I dunno, I really liked this show and I hope it doesn't let me down like I think it's about to.

| Silas is a little fuck there is no doubt about that. He did deserve it and does need to be put in his place...but not by Peter. As her boyfriend he would of been in his rights to talk to her about his behavior later in private, and even get a little pissy about her lack of action. His first night with the family though and he gets physical with him? When I saw it my first thought was "bad form peter" and I figured Nancy wouldnt be too thrilled about it either and she wasnt. When you come into a home that has lost a father, you do NOT try and take on that role your first night with the family. The kids would already be hostile towards you.. and your first action is to get physical with the older son cause he isnt being respectful? Game over Peter, you lose. | Wait what's some bad about Silas? His mom totally blows him and the kids off and is so involved with her new 'business' that she seems almost totally over her dead husband... and when Silas wants to get involved she pushes him away. Yea what he did with his girlfriend was fucked up was Nancy's solution any better? Wtf, you bought him a car?? |

| Nancy is a terrible mother there is no doubt about that heh. It has alot to do with Silas's attitude as well im sure but that doesnt leave him without blame. The way he talks to his mother, his brother... shit everyone really is NOT acceptable for a 16-17 year old heh. If my son talked to me that way I would slap the shit out of him. Id like to say the series will have a happy ending with her family growing close and her leaving the business for them ect... but that just doesnt seem 'Weeds' to me. Id be more willing to accept Silas or someone getting gunned down during a raid and thats what forces her out hehe. The show is a comedy but the Botwins seem to get fucked on a daily basis. |

| Silas is just expressing his guilt over his father's death, and Peter is a total intruder into their home. I don't know if I'd give him the finger and tell him to fuck off, but he's being forced to have dinner with someone who his mother MARRIED to protect her business and is having a relationship with so soon after his father died??? I think Silas is gonna go into business with Haylia as competition to Nancy and Conrad, in an attempt to get revenge, and will end up getting fucked. |
