 | House I am wondering how other people feel about this show. I personally like it, and think it is one of the better shows on TV at the moment. The most obvious shortcoming is perhaps the fact that many of the episodes follow the same pattern. That is, one diagnostic mistake leads to a revelation about the patient that leads to the correct diagnosis and treatment. Other than that formula, I think the show is great and pretty entertaining. |

| My favorite show currently on television. I find Dr. House hilarious...good, witty humor. My favorite episode is probably Three Stories from Season 1. Oh yeah...and Jennifer Morrison is hot.

| I despise this show. Unbelievable crap, coupled with terrible writing. The character House is by far the most annoying gimp I've ever seen on TV. I wish this would get cancelled, I can't describe how much I hate that retard.

| I used to be forced to watch this with my gf every week. (We'd watch Bones first so it pretty much made House look like the second coming of HBO's Rome or some shit.) But it did get played out quick. It seems like they go overboard with House's character trying to make every line sarcastic and witty. |

+26 Internets  | Absolutely love it. But then again, sarcasm and wit are my chief weapons as well. Great minds think alike and all. <3 Anyways, as far as the 'diagnosing' goes...there's really not much else you can do unless you shift the focus even more away from the doctor-patient thing then it already is. I mean, if you look at pretty much the entire history of hospital shows, it only takes a season or two before it shifts away form who's treating who to who's fucking who. |

| Yeah its one of my fav shows too, its def formulaic but so is every mystery/crime drama/court show. Instead of the crime you get the disease, then you get the false leads and in the last 5 minutes you find out who the killer really is. I dig house's sarcasm but i can understand how it could be offputting to some.

| I like house. I try to watch it every week as well. He is a cock but watching just to see the next fucked up thing he'll say next is worth it imo. I admire the way that he's smarter than the other 3 doctors combined also, that's some amazing intellect even if it isn't really real... It is formulaic no doubt but it's better than most of the drivel on tv. TV is like mmorpg's, they stick to the "model" that works and that's how we get 75 versions of law and order and 65 csi's... I'm all for anything that's even a little different. Cathan

| And now Hugh Laurie (who i watch long ago on BlackAdder and "Fry and Laurie") has a Golden Globe. My favorite show on TV. Well deserved and an entertaining acceptance speech. Although Steve Carell's was classic.
