*Possible Spoilers*

Seeing Juliet being walked out in handcuffs, not sure who the girl in the back (or the 2 guys for that matter) were. Also makes you wonder if the guy that she shot is actually dead or not.. maybe the guy with Kate/Sawyer will shed some light on the situation..

Yeah the whole Juliette's Husband getting hit by a bus thing was definitely an awesome twist. Maybe related to what Desmond said, that someone is gonna die...

Rest of the season look like they're shaping up to be pretty good, with yet a few more questions/twists.

Yeah, they kicked off with a goddamn bang tonight. Juliette's backstory actually started to fill in the blanks a little bit about some shit while opening up questions about a whole helluva lot more.

It looks like its going to get heated in a hurry.

What the hell does "Ben" have over everyone?

I don't know how I missed this. Was it in the previews for next week?

Small SPOILER below;

When Juliet says that Alex's father is Ben, I'm guessing he just told her she was his daughter after she was taken by the others shortly after being born?

Yes, I think Alex is actually Russo's daughter, but that is just my opinion on it.

Overall I was really pleased with tonights episode. I was really starting to not enjoy this show nearly as much, and tonight really got me excited about it again. I was really glad we got some backstory on one of the others.

One thing I didn't realize consciously until after was that Locke and the rest of the survivors still don't realize the Others technical capabilities, but with the return of Kate and Sawyer and Carl now, they're hopefully going to be filled in that the others aren't a bunch of dirty cave dwellers, but actually quite sophisticated.

That should have a huge impact on what Locke and the rest do now.

Yes, it was in the previews for next week. Also they showed some organization of Kate with Sayeed,Locke,Charlie, etc. attacking "the Others" (explosions and stuff)

*SPOILER*
Could be that they just told Alex that Ben is her dad, or it could be that Ben really is Danielle's long long husband that she thought was dead!

Remember the story that Danielle told Sayeed about when they got there on the boat, everyone died, including her husband on the boat and she is the one left. Thinking about it now, maybe all of the people that were with her, are actually "the others" and there was no disease!

We haven't had a Ben flashback have we ?

Yeah, I am pretty sure that the 'disease' was fake - Desmond's flashback with Special Forces dude in the hatch showed that, he caught him with the bogus chemical suit on.

What that means for Rousseau and just how she ties in with Ben/the Others though...who the hell knows. Rousseau ain't all there in the first place, and her relationship to what the hell is happening is going to be important in figuring out what the hell is going on, I think.

And no Ben flashback yet.

Pretty decent episode, I don't get to see the coming next episode parts though.

Anyone else notice the dude from It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia guarding the back door?

The biggest part of the preview for next week is that it looks like Locke, Kate, and company go back to try to rescue Jack. We see what looks like an other's building explode. Basically, it just looks like next episode will be chunk full of action again.

I knew that Rob McElhenney was going to be in there somewhere because the morning show I listen to are friends with him and he was in one morning talking about it. He was at a party and the Lost producers came up to him and started complementing him on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. At the time he wasn't aware that they were the producers for Lost. They told him that they wanted him to have a guest spot on their show, and Rob McElhenney thought they were just some nobodies trying to get him on the show. When they told him that they were the Lost producers he started telling them how much he loved their show and that he would love to be on it. Hopefully we might see him again; I thought he played the part well, even though it wasn't a big part by any means.

The first 7 episodes have almost killed my interest in the show, my biggest gripe is that they haven't progressed the story in any way at all to the extent they could be a self contained spin-off set of episodes.

Well, tonight was a big mindfuck of zero progression, heh.

Yeah I thought "wow this could be interesting time travel/alternate whatever type thing" for a while. Then they did the lame lead back in by him being hit by the cricket bat, then it got semi interesting again with the Charlie death thing (was hoping it was Claire, she's annoying and makes him annoying). A whole episode of nothing but Desmond and offering no answers (as usual) and adding more questions was serious balls. Next week though they're revealing 3 BIG ANSWERS of course, almost as if they were saying "ya ya this episode went nowhere, wait until next week though!"

The one thing that really stood out for me .. was the show this week brought a completely new meaning to Desmond's "See you in another life brother"

I liked this episode. It was a nice change of pace from all the "Jack, Kate Sawyer, Others" episodes we've seen.

The ending was chilling; I loved it.
