Average Joe Music Videos

You can download these off kazaa, have video games / anime / live aciton movies with custom scenes and its own music in the background. So kind of like making your own music videos with other material you take from other movies, and adding music.

Question is, anyone know where I can read on how to do this, what software needed (to add the music, copy the clips etc)? Really bored, and thought I'd goof around with one.

Adobe Premiere, and a P2P network. And a large hard drive.

There should be guides to using Premiere all over the internet, and there should be a tutorial that comes with the program.
