Trapt - Headstrong
RA - Rectifier
Smile Empty soul - Bottom of a Bottle
Double Drive - Imprint
Seether - Driven Under
Cold - Stupid Girl
Oleandor - Are you there ( not very new...but still great )

The entire new Disturbed album

The Trapt single, in my opinion, is just blah. It's like Peter Brady when his voice was cracking trying his hand at Nu-Metal angst. It... just... doesn't... work.

I really hated that Cold song when it first came out, but it grew on me. Glad I didn't buy the CD though, it's too.. uhh.. slow for me. I guess that's the best way to put it.

Currently I am on a lounge kick. Listening to Richard Cheese and Lounge Against the Machine makes my day. His covers of popular songs (like baby got back, closer, etc) are just hilarious... and well done!

Smile empty soul is the only decent band you mentioned on that least "IMO". There cd is preety damn good and I recomend buying it or at least ripping it.

also try "shinedown - fly from the inside"

I agree that the Trapt song is ass, it sounds like it was made for a soundtrack or something. Just doesn't do it for me. And it's been the #1 song in my city for like a month now, blah.
